What’s Included

1. Property Visit (1-2 days)

If you can provide us with adequate maps (contour, soils, cadastral), the “visit” can be
also be performed remotely. The outcomes of this Stage Include;

(a) Initial Consultation - client survey 

This means defininging the overall project and getting very clear about our role and yours.

• Goals for the property.
• Available resources.
• The project timeline.

(b) Property Assessment - site survey

This includes a basic assessment of the opportunities and limitations of your site including; 

• Geology & Soils.
• Water.
• Climate & Micrclimate.
• Plant & Animal Species.
• Agriculture.
• Appropriate Technology.

2. Design Work (3-5 days)

A Report is prepared outlining the best way to meet your property goals taking
consideration of, and making recommendations regarding:

Overall Site Pattern

This is the part of analysing the information we have gathered and making sense of it together.

• Zone Analysis.
• Sector Analysis.
• Eleveation Planning.
• Network Analysis.

Concept Planning - design concept

This is the overal master plan of design concept for your site defining areas of use and location of main elements and the functional connections between them.

• Site Master Plan in collaboration with you.

Recomendations of Options & Phases - design details 

This is the stage where we define the strategies required, the phases of action. We assist you to define the details of the design towards implementation.

Not Included

• Travel greater than 30 km to and from El Manzano Biobio, Chile to

your property. We ask that you cover our travel costs.

• Procurement of maps (contour, cadastral, soils), if desired by client. The fee for any additional work beyond the stated scope is CLP$12.500,00 per hour.
